Sesame Grilled Chicken

Yield: Serves 8-12


  • Chicken pieces, or cutlets, or tenders--enough for 8-12 people
  • Marinade:
  • 1/2 C. (125 ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 C. (125 ml) white wine
  • 1/2 C. (125 ml) soy sauce
  • 1-2 T. grated fresh ginger (or 1 tsp. powdered ginger)
  • 1 T. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 T. sesame seeds


  1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate chicken 4-8 hours (or overnight for more flavor) in the fridge.
  2. Grill over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. cutlets, basting occasionally.

    Just what I needed…I bought fresh chicken breast and needed a new recipe to try and here it is.

    I have a similar recipe I love, but the garlic cloves and sesame seeds are a lovely addition I am going to try.
