    Dear Debbie,
This is a very delicious recipe. The first time I ate it was during Christmas Banquet two year ago with all the students. Everyone still remembers that salad. At first, I thought it would be too hard to make it myself. But I have recently found out that that is not that case. I made it with coconut palm sugar. It is an easy and very delicious recipe! We love to make it when we receive guests. Once we even served the bacon in another bowl, so our vegetarian guest could eat the salad too. She liked it a lot, even without the bacon.
    Heel erg bedankt!
